Students participating in this One-Day Calculator Loan Program will be issued a specific calculator for a 24-hour period in support of their Math/Stat classes. Such students assume the responsibility for proper use and care of the device during the designated time of use. This privilege is provided for LBCC students ONLY and can be revoked or restricted for violating any aspect of the LBCC student code of conduct at the discretion of LBCC staff and/or faculty. This service is available only when supplies are on hand.

Students participating in this Semester Calculator Loan Program will be issued a specific calculator for extended use up to one (current) semester in support of their math/stat classes. Such students assume the responsibility for proper use and care of the device and accessories during the designated time of use. This privilege is provided for LBCC students ONLY and can be revoked or restricted for violating any aspect of the LBCC student code of conduct at the discretion of LBCC staff and/or faculty. Calculators are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students should act quickly to secure a calculator if they wish to participate in the program.

* I understand that I am responsible for returning the issued calculator and all associated accessories to MSC staff in working order.

* I understand I am responsible for replacing the calculator (same make, model and in working condition) in case of loss, damage or failure to return the device.

* I will return or replace the issued calculator to MSC staff in LAC V-163.

* I understand that failure to return or replace the issued calculator under the specified guidelines will result in a hold ($15 for scientific calculators and $150 for graphing calculators) being placed on my academic record.

* I understand that if I am late in returning a calculator three times during a semester, my privilege to borrow equipment from the LBCC Success Centers will be revoked.
