Recommended Preparation: SPAN 2. This Spanish course for health and medical professionals is designed for students who plan to use Spanish as a communication tool in their field of specialization. Major emphasis is placed on vocabulary and situational dialogues closely related to health and medical careers. Students will demonstrate comprehension in all skills at a medium elementary level according to the standards set forth by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).
Prerequisite: SPAN 1.
